Is it unsafe to use cell phones while driving? Should there be a law prohibiting it?
Virginia has passed that and under that drive and use cell phones are breaking the law. Son and I agree that this law should apply to all peopele. I have had too many near misses with people on cell phones. I personally do not use cell while driving. New York has already passed this law. What say the rest of the states?

I THINK IT SHOULD BE THE LAW IN EVERY STATE ALSO. IF MY CELL RINGS AND IM DRIVING I DO NOT ANSWER IT UNTIL I GET TO MY DESTINATION. IF EVERYONE HAD DID THAT IT WOULDNT BE SO MUCH WRECKS NOR DEATHS. CELL PHONES USER THAT TALK WHILE DRIVING, DRUNK DRIVERS AND UNSAFE DRIVERS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DRIVING AT ALL.
