I think I have a little problem...?
So I was playing Sims Castaway on my mobile phone when suddenly the screen froze. I tried to exit the game about times but nothing would happen. Then I pressed the button that shuts down the phone. That worked. quotPhew,quot I thought. Then I pressed the button again, to open the phone. No reaction. Black screen. I pressed it again. And again. And again. This was hours ago. Now its still not working. Any suggestions? Please, dont suggest going to a specialist, I want practical answers. If my parents find out what happened Im , theyre going to totally freak out. Theyre going to say quotYou downloaded a game from the internet? Are you crazy? It could be full of viruses!quot or quotWe paid a lot of money for that phone so if it doesnt get fixed were not going to get you another one. You can use your grandmothers phone if you like.quot Um, grandmothers phone? Hello it should probably be in an antique shop. Please please please help me!

if you still cant turn it back on, find a way to delete the game or hand it in to get it fixed
